Quantity

This package contains 55 grams of Hojicha. We recommend using about 1 teaspoon per serving as a start, but you can always adjust up or down to your taste & strength preference. This package will provide 25-30 servings of Hojicha. 

Brewing Notes

For the Perfect Hojicha Latte

Place 1 teaspoon of Hojicha into a bowl along with 60mL of warm water(~80°C). Using a bamboo whisk or electric frother, whisk in a zigzag pattern until a rich foam has developed. Add 200mL of your favorite milk - steamed, cold or over ice. Finish it off with 1 teaspoon of your preferred sweetener, like honey. Enjoy!

Modern method: Use a shaker bottle, blender, or electric milk frother.
