We've worked with the same family farm of our world-class ceremonial matcha to find matcha that can be enjoyed every day, in lattes and for culinary uses, at a fraction of the price. 

Shade-grown during spring to enhance antioxidants, our green tea leaves are hand-picked by 3rd generation family of cultivators, just south of Kyoto. A region famed for its warm days, cool nights, and misty climate, providing an idyllic setting for world-class green tea leaves to be cultivated.

Ingredients

100% matcha green tea powder. 

No additives or preservatives. Suitable for vegans and vegetarians. Gluten-free, dairy-free, soy-free. 

Quantity

This package contains 60 grams of matcha. We recommend using about 1/2 teaspoon per serving as a start, but you can always adjust up or down to your taste & strength preference. This package will provide 40-50 servings of matcha-based drinks. 

Brewing Notes

For the Perfect Latte

Traditional method: Place 1/2 tsp matcha into a bowl or cup with 1 Tbsp of warm water (70°C). Work into a smooth paste using a whisk. Add 3oz of warm water, then whisk in a zigzag pattern until a rich foam has developed. Add in a 1/2 tsp of honey or agave. Enjoy your matcha with your favorite milk - hot or cold.

Modern method: Use a shaker bottle, blender, or milk frother.

We provide free standard shipping on all US orders. Shipping is coordinated by USPS - First Class with tracking and generally takes 2-4 business days. International shipping is available for an additional fee and may take 5-15 business days.
